We strive to give our customers the best personalized service possible and to create a friendly, professional work environment for our awesome staff!\nAs a Client Service Representative, your job tasks would include (but not limited to):\nAnswering phones\nTaking messages\nScheduling Appointments\nAnswering E-mails and Communicating with clients via PetDesk\nChecking-In Clients and Patients; ensuring their file information is accurate\nCollecting and Processing Payments, cash handling\nMaintaining a clean lobby\nAccounting; Closing/Opening procedures\nAssisting in animal handling of pets up to 50lbs\nAccurate communication with Outside Pharmacies, other Veterinary Clinics and clients.\nThe Client Service Representative role is essential to the success of the hospital, and we are looking for a candidate will the following experience:\n1-2 years in a Customer Service/Customer Facing role\nExcellent communication, multitasking and organizational skills\nCompassion for our patients and their owners\nTeam Player willing to learn\nSpanish language skills are a plus but not required\nHigh school diploma or GED\n1+ year in the Veterinary Field (preferred)\nPhysical Demands:\nStanding and walking up to 25% of the time.\nComputer work.\nHigh stress environment.\nGarden City Veterinary Care prides itself on the diversity of its staff.
