We are looking for a Accounting Coordinator to join our growing team in Dayton, Ohio!\nOnsite: Dayton, Ohio 45414\nRelocation: None\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCustomer Invoicing\nPrepare, review and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.\nVerify billing data, pricing and supporting documentation prior to invoicing.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, contracts and tax requirements.\nAdminister all aspects of water testing invoicing process.\nProcess credit memos and billing adjustments as needed.\nMaintain organized and up-to-date invoice records.\nAccounts Receivable Support\nMonitor accounts receivable aging reports. \nFollow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.\nAccounting & Administrative Support\nAssist with month-end closing activities related to receivables.\nReconcile customer accounts and prepare statements.\nSupport audits by providing required documentation.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma required.\nAssociate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred. \nMinimum of two (2) years of related experience. \nSkills & Attributes\nHigh level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.\nSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
