This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where professionalism, accountability, and clear communication are just as important as technical ability. Ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, solving problems in the field, and being trusted to represent your company well.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nWork directly in healthcare environments\nInteract with lab staff, technicians, and facility teams\nRepresent Med Water Systems on-site\nCommunicate clearly, professionally, and confidently\nTravel nationwide (up to 75%) to customer sites\nInstall, service, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system components\nDiagnose issues and complete repairs with minimal oversight\nBuild and prepare systems in the shop during non-travel periods\nDocument service work accurately in CRM systems\nTrain customers on system operation and maintenance\nParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required. \nMinimum one (1) year of equipment repair/maintenance experience in one or more of the following: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive or diesel repair, equipment service or installation, construction or mechanical trades.\nMinimum one (1) year of experience working with customers in a service or client-facing role, working independently in the field or at customer sites, explaining technical issues to customers required.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.\nSkills & Attributes \nTechnical skill and professional presence.\nAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.\nAbility to stay organized and reliable while traveling.\nComfortable working in hospitals, labs, and technical environments.\nLicenses & Certifications \nValid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and acceptable automobile coverage.\nWork Environment\nTravel local or national up to 75% of the time. \nOn call responsibilities include after hours, weekend and holidays. \nFrequently required to stand and sit for long periods of time;
