We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Dayton, Ohio!\nPosition Summary\nResponsible for managing the flow of materials and inventory within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This includes receiving raw materials and components, accurately storing and pulling inventory, staging for production, and shipping finished goods and parts. Ensures inventory accuracy through ERP transactions, cycle counts, and coordination with key departments such as production, planning, purchasing, and customer service.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSafety, 5S, and Continuous Improvement\nOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.\nMaintain a clean organized warehouse, shipping areas, receiving areas, and material storage areas. \nFollow all plant safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. \nParticipate in kaizen events, improvement projects, or cross-functional initiatives as assigned.\nReceiving and Put-Away\nReceive incoming materials and verify quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders. \nAccurately label, document, and put away materials in designated inventory locations. \nInventory Management\nPull and stage materials and components for production according to work orders.\nConduct ERP system transactions for all inventory movements.\nPerform regular cycle counts and support inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.\nShipping and Logistics\nPrepare and package finished goods for shipment to customers.\nCoordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery.\nGenerate shipping documentation including BOLs, packing slips, and labels.\nCommunication and Coordination\nCoordinate inventory and material needs with production, planning, purchasing, and customer service teams.\nProvide updates on material availability and delivery schedules.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required.\nMinimum one (1) year of relevant experience. \nExperience working with ERP systems, preferred. \nSkills & Attributes\nDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nStrong communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in safely operating lift trucks and other material handling equipment.\nLicenses & Certifications \nForklift License (company provided
