You'll be part of a great team who thrive on partnering with our business leaders, supervisors, and employees.\nIf you are seeking a role that you can see your work move the needle, this is it!\nSummary\nMaintenance Team Member is assigned to the production area in the manufacturing environment. Essential function is to maintain electrical and mechanical systems in assigned areas in a manufacturing environment to meet manufacturing and quality goals.\nTo perform the Maintenance Team member Job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. And have previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. The requirements below are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill and ability required of the Team Leader.\nEssential Functions\nIdentify and resolve equipment malfunctions.\nTroubleshoot and repair PLC problems.\nPerform lockout/tagout procedures for equipment.\nWork with outside contractors, as needed, for trouble shooting procedures. \nBring production back online quickly through rapid analysis and repair.\nRead hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.\nAlign, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools and power tools. \nOversee and assist with installation and operation of new equipment to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.\nDevelop schedules and perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment.\nDiagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions.\nDiagnose and repair electrical malfunctions.\nRepair and rebuild equipment as needed; disassemble and clean items; order replacement parts, reassemble and test items.\nBring production back online quickly through rapid analysis and repair.\nComply with OSHA and other regulations in all aspects of work.\nWork with engineers, contractors, vendors, and staff as needed to complete assignments.\nProvide input as requested regarding the design, installation, and maintenance of new equipment.\nRead and interpret blueprints and schematics; provide input and recommend changes on design blueprints as requested.\nOperate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools used in the performance of assigned duties.\nFabricate parts and equipment as needed such as mounts, brackets, and shields; operate welding and cutting equipment.\nHelp train staff in work techniques, the use of equipment and safety programs.\nMaintain plant facilities and equipment in good working order.\nOther Duties\nGenerate and understand performance reports.\nWork with manufacturers to procure replacement parts. \nPromote company goals by providing guidance to Team Members\nEnsure Team Members perform policies and procedures.\nAlways maintain a pro-Team Member environment\nOversee training of new or existing employees\nJob Requirements\nFive years’ experience repairing and maintaining industrial machinery.\n2.
