In addition, you have experience or a strong interest in change management and user adoption, and you’re capable of successfully guiding employees through the transition to new technologies, tools, and processes.\nJob description\n Analyse and Advise: Identify customer needs and translate these into clear, practical solutions within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, etc.).\n Clear Communication: Ensure all stakeholders, both internal and external, understand the solutions and are kept informed of progress.\n Migration Management: Plan and execute migrations to SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 solutions.\n Project Coordination: Work closely with the project manager to plan activities, monitor progress, and ensure goals are met within scope, time, and budget.\n Information Architecture: Configure and document content types, metadata, permissions, and other structures.\n Team Alignment: Coordinate with team members when there are dependencies (e.g., security & compliance requirements, user adoption activities).\n Risk Management: Identify and escalate scope creep, technical challenges, or other risks to the project manager in a timely manner.\n Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance solutions and processes.\n Presales Support: Contribute to the technical aspects of strong, customer-focused proposals during the presales phase.\n Knowledge Building: Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 innovations through certifications, conferences, and other resources.\n Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise within the team and provide technical support where needed.\n Requirements\n At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.\n Strong knowledge of one or more Microsoft 365 products and technologies, such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, etc.\n Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.\n Customer-focused with an analytical mindset.
