Category\nBusiness DevelopmentJob Description\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a talented Artwork Reviewer who is willing to grow and develop their career within our team.\nAs an Artwork Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing artworks, both created manually or automatically, for all Amgen products in any stage of development (test, Mock-up, master), as well as reviewing artwork (brand) templates, design templates, supplier print proofs, and artwork generated by Amgen partners.\nKey Responsibilities:\nArtwork Review in compliance with Amgen’s Standard Operating Procedures:Review artworks, both manually or automatically, for all Amgen products and in different stages of development (test, mock-up, masters).\nReview templates: technical layout templates (TLTs), design templates, brand templates\nReview Supplier Print Proofs.\nReview and approve Artworks created by Amgen partners\n\nProvide input to optimize artwork processes, and support continuous process and quality improvements.\nParticipate in team meetings.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in graphic design & 1-2 years of Packaging/Labeling experience in a GMP environment.\nProficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.\nSolid understanding of design principles withing pharma industry.\nKnowledge of print production processes and prepress requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSome relevant work experience in a highly regulated industry / cGMP pharmaceutical industry.\nExperience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point), visual tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Charts), and Document Management System (e.g VEEVA vault).\nSkills:\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nCreative thinking and problem-solving skills.\nFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.\nDemonstrate sound judgement.\nContinuous improvement mindset.\nSelf-motivated individual who
