You will partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to understand business needs, translate them into technology requirements, and support the delivery and continuous improvement of innovative technology solutions.\nThis position will provide an opportunity to contribute across the technology delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, backlog refinement, testing, documentation, and production support. The successful candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to understand processes and user needs, help define effective technology solutions, and develop knowledge of enterprise technologies, data, Agile delivery, and emerging capabilities such as AI and analytics.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with Product Owners and System Architects to conduct business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business and product goals\nUnderstand customer needs to gather, analyze, and document business processes and product requirements\nWork with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments\nCollaborate with Business SMEs and Product Management in prioritizing release scopes and refine the Product backlog\nEnsure non-functional requirements are included and prioritized in the Product and Release Backlogs\nFacilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the product team\nClearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and stakeholders understand how they fit into the product backlog\nEnsure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined and understood\nStay focused on software development to ensure it meets requirements, providing proactive feedback to stakeholders\nDevelop and execute effective product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders\nMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes\nWhat we expect of you\nWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The professional we seek is a person with these qualifications.\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of information systems experience as a business analyst\nDemonstrated experience serving as an information systems business analyst supporting enterprise software or data solutions\nAbility to deliver defined technical assignments while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team\nAbility to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, platforms, and business processes\nEagerness to learn and grow in a software development environment\nFunctional Skills:\nMust-Have Skills\nExperience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as JIRA\nHands on experience with project management and business analysis concepts\nExperience with Agile software development methodologies and ability to work effectively on projects using Agile methodology\nExperience providing support to IT system users, including troubleshooting production issues, providing training, and participating in incident response\nWorking knowledge of application security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access controls\nExperience working within Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies\nAbility to create clear technical documentation, including designs, diagrams, configuration instructions, and operational support procedures\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and collaborate across global, virtual, and cross-functional teams\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nExperience implementing and supporting Salesforce based applications\nExperience serving as a business analyst supporting enterprise-grade software to production within a global, highly regulated, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment\nExperience with stakeholder management, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and driving the successful delivery of technical projects\nExperience in managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmaps\nAble to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms\nExperience evaluating technology solutions and platforms, assessing capabilities, risks, integration considerations, and alignment to business needs\nExperience identifying and evaluating opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes, decision-making, or user experiences\nExperience with data visualization and analytics solutions, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights for business stakeholders\nWorking knowledge of data management concepts, including data quality, governance, integration, lineage, and lifecycle management\nExperience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology. Experience with Jira Align is a plus\nExperience supporting applications or business stakeholders with technologies such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, AWS, or GitLab\nFamiliarity with secure software development and delivery management practices\nWorking understanding of business operations in one or more of the following Drug Development Life Cycle areas: Research and Development, Commercialization, Operations, Process Development, Commercial, or Marketing\nExperience working with geographically distributed development teams, vendors, business stakeholders, or managed-service providers\nRelevant certifications in cloud technologies, software development, data engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, Agile, or enterprise platforms\nProfessional Certifications:\nAgile (preferred): SAFe for Teams certification or equivalent\nProject Management (preferred), for example: Project Management Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management, or equivalent\nBusiness Analysis (preferred), for example: PMI Professional in Business Analysis, Certification of Capability in Business Analysis, Certified Business Analysis Professional, or
