We are seeking a Senior Associate Business Analyst to partner with Operations stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to identify, define, and deliver Generative AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and user experiences. This role will drive requirements discovery, business process analysis, value realization, and product delivery for AI-powered capabilities across Operations functions.\nRoles & responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, reporting needs, and business objectives. \nGather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, data, and reporting requirements. \nFacilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirements for gathering sessions. \nTranslate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data requirements, and functional specifications. \nCollaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to prioritize requirements and support backlog refinement. \nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, standardization, and efficiency gains. \nEnsure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions. \nSupport User Acceptance Testing, business validation, and defect triage. \nBusiness Intelligence and Analytics\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI. \nPartner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, scorecards, calculations, and reporting requirements. \nCreate intuitive visualizations that communicate business performance, trends, and operational insights. \nDevelop executive dashboards, operational reports, and analytical solutions for different stakeholder groups. \nPerform data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights. \nEnsure dashboard accuracy through data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. \nPublish, maintain, monitor, and support dashboards in enterprise environments. \nOptimize dashboard performance, usability, accessibility, and adoption. \nData and Technology Collaboration\nWork with data engineers, developers, architects, and technical teams to understand source systems, data structures, and integration needs. \nSupport data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis across multiple data sources. \nAssist in defining business rules, calculations, transformations, and reporting datasets. \nTroubleshoot reporting, dashboard, and data-related issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams. \nEnsure analytics solutions meet business, quality, security, and compliance expectations. \nDelivery and Support\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. \nSupport functional testing, data validation, defect management, release readiness, and post-release verification. \nCreate and maintain requirements, dashboard documentation, data definitions, user guides. \nDeliver dashboard demonstrations and solution walkthroughs to business and technical stakeholders. \nStay current with business intelligence, analytics, visualization, and AI-enabled reporting capabilities. \nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields. \n3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related role. \nMust-Have Skills\nHands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI. \nKnowledge of Power BI DAX, Power Query, Tableau calculations, Level of Detail expressions, and dashboard optimization techniques. \nExperience building KPI dashboards, executive scorecards, operational reports, and analytical visualizations. \nStrong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting. \nExpected to support RunOps for multiple Applications with knowledge on SaaS and COTS applications. \nExperience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and reporting requirements. \nAbility to translate business needs into effective data, dashboard, and analytics solutions. \nExperience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data requirements, and functional specifications. \nStrong understanding of dashboard design, data visualization, usability, and data-storytelling principles. \nExperience with relational databases, large datasets, data modeling concepts, data quality, and reconciliation. \nExperience publishing, maintaining, and supporting dashboards in enterprise environments. \nExperience supporting UAT, defect management, business validation, and release activities. \nExperience working in Agile or Scrum delivery teams and using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. \nStrong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. \nAbility to work effectively with global, virtual, and cross-functional teams. \nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, EHSS, manufacturing, or another regulated industry. \nExperience supporting Environmental, Health and Safety, Sustainability, Quality, Compliance, Operations, or Corporate functions. \nExperience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake. \nUnderstanding data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, integrations, and enterprise reporting architectures. \nFamiliarity with
