You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, engineers, data teams, and end users to ensure features are clearly defined, prioritized appropriately, and delivered with quality.\nThis role is best suited for an experienced professional who works under general direction, applies knowledge of product and delivery practices to problems of diverse scope, contributes to project milestones, and providesday-to-day guidance within a workgroup.\nJob Requirements\nPartner with the product owner and stakeholders to clarify business needs and shape them into well-defined features and user stories.\n\nOwn feature-level backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, and readiness for Agile sprint planning.\n\nCoordinate with engineering, data, QA, and business teams to resolve questions, dependencies, and delivery blockers.\n\nSupport prioritization decisions by surfacing tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies at the feature level.\n\nParticipate in solution discussions to ensure business requirements are translated accurately into implementable outcomes.\n\nSupport UAT planning, business validation, and releasereadiness activities.\n\nTrack feature progress, risks, and decisions and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.\n\nHelp document workflows, business rules, and process changes associated with delivered features.\n\nGather user feedback and operational insights to inform continuous improvement.\n\nContribute to team ways of working, documentation standards, and Agile best practices.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nDoctorate OR\n\nMaster's degree OR\n\nBachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR\n\nAssociate's degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR\n\nHigh school diploma / GED and 8 years of relevant experience\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Agile delivery, business analysis, feature ownership, product support, or a related role.\n\nAbility to translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process requirements.\n\nExperience working with digital products, analytics solutions, or data-centric platforms.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work items and follow through on delivery details.\n\nExperience facilitatingcross-functional collaboration and clarifying requirements across technical and business teams.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nFamiliarity with tools and practices for backlog management, issue tracking, and releasecoordination.\n\nExperience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or other regulated environments
