high standard of quality, compliance, and delivery excellence.\n Roles and Responsibilities\nMaximo Configuration and Development\nConfigure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain IBM Maximo solutions.\nSupport key Maximo modules, including:Work Order\nAsset\nLocation\nPurchasing\nInventory-related processes, where applicable\nMaximo Integration Framework\n\nConfigure applications using Application Designer.\nPerform object, attribute, domain, relationship, index, and other configurations using Database Configuration.\nDevelop and maintain Automation Scripts using Python/Jython.\nConfigure and support workflows, escalations, actions, conditional expressions, communication templates, cron tasks, and scheduled jobs.\nConfigure security groups, application access, signature options, user permissions, and data restrictions.\nEvaluate business requirements and recommend solutions using standard Maximo configurations, automation scripts, integrations, or customizations.\nFollow coding, configuration, documentation, security, and technical-review standards.\nCreate and maintain solution designs, configuration documents, deployment instructions, rollback procedures, and support documentation.\nIntegration Development and Support\nConfigure, develop, test, and support integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).\nWork with Object Structures, Enterprise Services, Publish Channels, External Systems, Endpoints, Integration Controls, APIs, and message queues.\nSupport integrations between Maximo and SAP, middleware, data database, infrastructure, security, and external application teams to resolve issues.\nApplication Support and Operations\nProvide technical and functional support for Maximo and its integrations.\nInvestigate incidents, service requests, application defects, data issues, and recurring production problems.\nPerform issue triage, impact assessment, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution.\nMonitor cron tasks, scheduled jobs, interfaces, integration queues, and application logs.\nSupport critical incidents, problem-management activities, and production releases.\nDocument troubleshooting steps, root causes, resolutions, known errors, and preventive actions.\nCreate and maintain knowledge articles, operational procedures, and support runbooks.\nParticipate in on-call or after-hours support when required.\nAgile Delivery and Release Management\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily User Acceptance Testing scenarios.\nValidate Maximo configurations, business rules, security access, automation scripts, workflows, integrations, and data-processing results.\nPrepare test data and maintain accurate, complete, and traceable test evidence.\nTrack defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or an equivalent tool.\nRetest defect fixes and perform regression testing to confirm application traceability records, test scripts, and validation summaries.\nEnsure application changes are assessed, documented, tested, approved, and deployed in accordance with applicable GxP procedures.\nFollow data-integrity, audit-trail, security, access-control, and electronic-record requirements.\nDocument and support the investigation of deviations, test failures, and unexpected results.\nSupport periodic reviews, audits, compliance assessments, and regulatory inspections when required.\nSecurity and Quality\nFollow secure development and configuration practices, including authentication, authorization, input validation, access control, and secure integration.\nApply least-privilege principles when configuring application security and data access.\nProtect credentials, API keys, experience in application configuration, development, integration, testing, or production support.\nHands-on experience with IBM Maximo configuration, development, integration, or application support.\nExperience working in Agile or Scrum delivery teams is preferred.\nExperience supporting GxP-regulated or validated applications is preferred.\nRequired Skills\nWorking knowledge of all
