Your role is part of our local affiliate where we work with a team of 100 professionals to serve patients in the Netherlands.\nLIVE\nWhat you will do\nWe are looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to join the Customer Capabilities Expertise Center within Amgen Netherlands.\nIn this role, you connect audience needs, marketing strategy, data and technology to develop digital engagement solutions. Your first priority will be to design, launch and own the patient engagement platform for Amgen Netherlands.\nYou will work directly with patients, patient organisations, hospitals and digital health partners through approved and compliant engagement formats. You will translate their needs into relevant journeys, services, content, platform functionality and technical requirements.\nThis role is suited to a digital marketing professional with a strong technical background who can lead complex projects, work with external stakeholders and agencies, and contribute directly through Python, analytics and automation.\nYou will lead digital engagement priorities by:\nDefining the vision, value proposition, roadmap and measurable outcomes for the patient engagement platform.\nLeading patient research, journey mapping, collaborative design, prototyping and validation with patients, patient organizations and hospitals.\nTranslating patient, marketing and business needs into journeys, briefs, user stories, functional requirements, data requirements and integrations.\nConnecting Amgen information and services with hospital platforms and other approved external platforms.\nPartnering with Marketing Excellence, Content Excellence and franchise teams to develop digital journeys, activation plans and reusable engagement solutions.\nUsing Python, analytics, automation and application programming interfaces to explore data, create prototypes and support platform integrations.\nManaging scope, budget, timelines, risks, agencies, vendors and multidisciplinary teams from discovery through launch and adoption.\nEmbedding measurement, privacy, security, accessibility, regulatory, safety and compliance requirements into solutions from the start.\nWIN\nWhat we expect of you\nWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.\nWhat we seek in you as an experienced digital engagement professional are these qualifications and skills:\nRelevant experience in digital marketing, customer experience, marketing technology, digital product delivery or engagement platforms.\nA background that combines technical or marketing technology experience with project management, product ownership, consulting or a customer facing agency role.\nDemonstrable hands on Python capability and a strong understanding of data, analytics, application programming interfaces and platform integrations.\nProven experience managing complex digital projects, including scope, planning, budget, risk, agencies, vendors, launch and adoption.\nExperience working with patients, patient organizations, hospitals or other healthcare stakeholders.\nThe ability to translate audience and business needs into clear marketing, experience and technical requirements.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills in Dutch and English.\nExperience in the Dutch healthcare ecosystem or another regulated healthcare environment is preferred. \nThrive\nWhat you can expect from us\nAt Amgen, innovation is at the heart of everything we do, from the treatments we develop to the way we work.
