This role will help enable field-facing teams through innovative learning, digital, and AI-powered solutions that strengthen capability building, improve access to insights, and support more effective customer engagement.\nWorking closely with Learning and Development colleagues, business stakeholders, product owners, and the DevOps team, the Digital Learning & AI Specialist will identify business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements. The role will support the design, development, testing, validation, and documentation of solutions including AI-powered tools, workflow automations, data integrations, and Power BI applications.\nLet’s do this. In this vital role you will:\nSupport the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Future of Field capabilities and digital learning solutions.\nTest, validate, and document AI features, automated workflows, Power BI applications, and other digital tools to ensure they meet business needs and deliver value.\nSupport demonstrations and showcase MyGenius, Amgen’s in-house AI ecosystem, and other relevant digital capabilities to business stakeholders.\nResearch emerging AI, automation, analytics, and learning technologies and contribute to Proofs of Concept that evaluate innovative ideas.\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements for Future of Field and learning-related use cases, translating business needs into clear functional requirements.\nCollaborate with product owners, Learning and Development colleagues, field-facing teams, and technical teams to support the design and delivery of solutions.\nBuild and maintain Power BI applications, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that help stakeholders make informed decisions.\nSupport process automation and data integration activities to improve efficiency, user experience, and access to relevant insights.\nCreate and maintain functional designs, process flows, system interface diagrams, technical specifications, and supporting documentation.\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.\nContribute to the adoption, communication, and ongoing enhancement of digital solutions across the Future of Field ecosystem.\nWIN\nWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU\nWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
