The role combines hands-on backlog ownership and requirement clarification with Scrum Master facilitation, delivery leadership, and Agile coaching to enable clear priorities, predictable execution, and high-quality outcomes.\nWorking across business, product, engineering, architecture, data science, QA, and leadership, the role will translate business and technical priorities into actionable work, maintain stakeholder alignment, remove impediments, coordinate dependencies, and strengthen the team's ways of working.\nHow You Will Do It\nProduct Ownership & Backlog\nOwn and maintain the AIN team backlog, including prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and development readiness.\nTranslate business and technical priorities into actionable work and align sprint goals and delivery commitments to business outcomes.\nServe as the bridge between business and technology, clarifying ambiguous requirements and communicating complex technical topics in business terms.\nAgile Delivery & Team Effectiveness\nFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and PI/quarterly planning as applicable.\nRemove impediments, manage risks and cross-team dependencies, and coordinate across global teams and time zones to keep delivery moving.\nCoach the team on Agile and SAFe practices, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective ways of working.\nFlow, Metrics & Continuous Improvement\nImprove flow and predictability by managing work in progress, spillover, capacity, bottlenecks, and delivery dependencies.\nUse metrics such as velocity, burndown, sprint goal attainment, cycle time, throughput, and predictability to improve transparency and decision-making.\nDrive actionable retrospectives and follow through on improvement opportunities across sprints.\nRelease & Stakeholder Coordination\nSupport release planning, UAT coordination, production readiness, and stakeholder communications, ensuring risks, quality, dependencies, and operational readiness are addressed.\nMaintain clear visibility into priorities, progress, blockers, decisions, and expected outcomes for business and technical stakeholders.\nSuccess in This Role\nSuccess will be measured by the ability to enable a predictable, transparent, high-performing AIN team aligned to business priorities.\nDelivery risks, dependencies, and blockers are identified and addressed early.\nWork progresses through the delivery lifecycle with reduced friction and unnecessary spillover.\nStakeholders have clear visibility into team priorities, progress, risks, and expected outcomes.\nReleases, UAT activities, and production readiness are effectively coordinated.\nThe team delivers predictable, high-quality outcomes.\nAgile metrics are used effectively to improve flow, quality, transparency, and decision-making.\nContinuous-improvement actions are identified, implemented, and measured across sprints.\nThe team demonstrates increasing accountability, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\nMaster’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of experience in Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.\nExperience in Agile delivery roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Business Analyst, or similar.\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and software delivery lifecycles.\nExperience working with engineering, QA, product, business, and other cross-functional teams.\nExperience managing priorities, delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.\nExperience working with globally distributed teams and across multiple time zones.\nPreferred Qualifications\nTechnical thought leadership.\nAbility to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms.\nExperience writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and product backlogs.\nJira Align experience.\nMiro experience.\nWorkshop facilitation experience.\nExperience working with India-based delivery teams.\nExperience supporting enterprise platforms, digital products, analytics initiatives, data products, AI-enabled solutions, or large-scale transformation programs.\nFamiliarity with Agentic AI, Databricks, or related data and development technologies.\nExperience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated-industry environments.\nExperience supporting organizational change and digital transformation initiatives.\nFunctional Skills\nMust-Have\nStrong expertise in Agile methodologies, especially SAFe.\nDemonstrated experience balancing Product Owner and Agile delivery responsibilities.\nStrong backlog-management skills, including prioritization, story refinement, acceptance criteria, dependency management, and development readiness.\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align.\nProven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to effective Agile practices.\nStrong understanding of sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and scaled planning activities.\nExperience using Agile and delivery metrics to improve team execution, flow, and predictability.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.\nExcellent collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.\nStrong dependency, risk, and impediment-management capabilities.\nAbility to influence without authority across global and matrixed organizations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nGood-to-Have\nUnderstanding of DevOps and Test Automation pipelines.\nExperience facilitating workshops and Agile
