In this vital role you will play a key part in enhancing equipment performance and ensuring manufacturing efficiency. You will provide proactive and reactive technical engineering support, focusing on maintaining continuous operations, optimizing processes, and improving equipment reliability. This role includes supporting non-standard shift manufacturing operations, including nights and weekends.\nApply engineering principles to solve moderate-scope challenges, optimize processes, and improve equipment performance.\nProvide technical support for daily operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance strategy, and performance analysis.\nOwn and manage equipment in CMMS, including work orders, preventive maintenance (PM) strategies, and spare parts management.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain) to enhance maintenance strategies, reliability assessments, and manufacturing efficiency.\nAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven methodologies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime.\nSupport non-standard shift manufacturing operations as needed, including nights and weekends.\nSupport automation solutions, digital tools, and emerging technologies to enhance process control and operational efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines.\nSupport manufacturing and quality systems, including deviations, equipment qualification, process validation, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) management.\n·Provide training and mentorship to operators, maintenance personnel, and team members on new processes, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.\nSupport cost-saving initiatives, assessing ROI for process and equipment improvements.\nWhat we expect of you\nWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
