The successful candidate will work closely with product owners, architects, and agile teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions using both low-code platforms and custom full-stack technologies, including Salesforce, React, TypeScript, and modern API frameworks.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDevelop and enhance front-end and back-end application components using established engineering standards and guidance from senior team members.\nDevelop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web applications using technologies such as Python, React, FastAPI, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.\nEvaluate business and technical requirements to determine appropriate implementation approaches, including Salesforce declarative capabilities, custom Salesforce development, and custom full-stack web applications.\nApply hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Aura and Lightning Web Components, and core configuration capabilities such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, security settings, and user access.\nEnhance and maintain configured Salesforce products and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components within Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Communities.\nTranslate user stories, wireframes, and design specifications into high-quality, reusable UI components.\nBuild reusable front-end components and integrate them with backend APIs, databases, and data services.\nIntegrate applications with governed enterprise data platforms, relational databases, cloud services, and approved internal or external APIs.\nDevelop and contribute to appropriate unit, integration, API, UI, accessibility, security, and data-validation testing as part of the software development lifecycle.\nCreate rapid prototypes to validate technical approaches and translate approved concepts into production-ready code.\nUse source control, code reviews, CI/CD, containers, feature flags, backward-compatible releases, monitoring, rollback, and incident-management practices.\nWrite clean, reusable, well-documented, secure, and testable code.\nParticipate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.\nMonitor and troubleshoot production applications across frontend, API, database, data-integration, cloud, and AI-enabled components; support defect resolution and root-cause analysis.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design notes, API documentation, deployment procedures, and runbooks.\nContribute reusable components, engineering standards, and continuous improvements that strengthen the broader Commercialization Technology ecosystem.\nWork closely with product owners, business stakeholders, UX/design teams, data engineers, QA engineers, and other technology teams.\nFollow Agile practices, contribute to sprint planning and effort estimation, and provide timely status updates.\nContinuously build knowledge of modern full-stack, cloud, AI, and DevOps technologies.\nMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes.\nWhat we expect of you\nWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. or a related field\nApproximately 5 to 9 years of relevant software development or software engineering experience\nDemonstrated experience serving as a developer or software engineer delivering enterprise software or data solutions\nAbility to independently deliver moderately complex technical assignments while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team\nAbility to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, platforms, and business processes\nEagerness to learn and grow in a software development environment\nFunctional Skills:\nMust-Have Skills\nDemonstrated ownership of at least one production frontend, backend, API, data-integration, automation, or full-stack component.\nHands-on experience developing custom web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework, preferably React\nHands-on experience developing backend services and APIs using Python/FastAPI, Node.js, or comparable server-side technologies\nHands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform using a combination of declarative capabilities such as Flow and custom development technologies such as Apex and Lightning Web Components\nWorking knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.\nExperience with API integrations and modern application architecture patterns, including serverless and microservices architectures\nWorking knowledge of
