structure.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nLead and manage large, diverse teams within a matrixed organization. \nCollaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations. \nOversee the software development lifecycle\nDevelop and implement strategic plans for technology and workforce. \nFollow global standards and practices. \nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. \nDevelop talent, motivate the team, delegate effectively, champion diversity within the team and act as a role model of servant leadership. \nUnderstand the decision-making process, workflows, and business and information needs of business partners and stakeholders\nContribute and define business outcomes + requirements, technology solutions, and services\nImprove activities being measured by crafting, monitoring, and optimizing relevant feedback loops through 'test & learn' activities\nWork with Product Owners, Service Owners and/or delivery teams to ensure that delivery matches commitments, acting as an escalation point and facilitating communication when service commitments are not met\nEnsure ongoing alignment with strategy, compliance, and regulatory requirements for technology investments and services\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nDoctorate Degree, master's degree, bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field with 8-13 years of relevant experience.\nFunctional Skills:\nMust-Have Skills:\nDemonstrated experience in managing technology initiatives and teams with a track record of successful innovation \nExperience in people management and leading matrixed teams, and passion for mentorship, culture and fostering the development of talent. \nExperience in applying technology best practice methodologies: Scaled Agile (SAFe), ITIL, etc.\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nExperience in a leadership role within a pharmaceutical or technology organization\nExtensive experience in the software development lifecycle. \nExperience using and adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) \nStrong analytic/critical-thinking and decision-making abilities. \nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nEstablished business partnerships and IS governance practices involving senior business stakeholders\nExposure to or basic understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or similar integration tools\nExperience with Java, SQL\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or container technologies (Docker)\nPreferred/Mandatory Certifications \nScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred)\nCertified MuleSoft Developer (Mandatory)\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent leadership and team management skills. \nStrong transformation and change management experience. \nExceptional collaboration and communication skills. \nHigh degree of initiative and self-motivation. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities successfully. \nTeam-oriented with
