content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools \nExperience with design and video editing tools \nBasic understanding of digital analytics and content performance metrics \nExperience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments \nGood working knowledge of Adobe creative tools, including AI-enabled features for content adaptation. \nFamiliarity with CMS, digital asset management and enterprise content workflow systems \nBachelor's degree in design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \nRelevant certifications or diplomas in design or digital content tools are a plus \nExperience: 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, content production, digital asset adaptation or creative operations, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, regulated or agency
