This role serves as the operational leader for the squad, responsible for driving delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across campaign metadata, tagging, taxonomy, and data standards capabilities.\nThe Squad Lead will work closely with Digital Product Management, business stakeholders, data governance teams, marketing operations, analytics teams, and technology partners to ensure the successful adoption and evolution of enterprise campaign data standards. This role will play a critical part in enabling connected customer experiences, improving data quality, and creating a consistent metadata framework across Amgen's global commercial ecosystem.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong leadership, Agile delivery expertise, data governance knowledge, and business acumen with experience supporting enterprise marketing technologies. This individual will help drive the strategy, execution, and adoption of Claravine and related metadata management capabilities across the organization.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nLead day-to-day squad operations and delivery activities for the Campaign Data Standards Product Team.\nPartner with Product Managers to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans.\nCoordinate work across business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and data governance partners to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.\nDrive adoption and governance of enterprise metadata, tagging, taxonomy, naming conventions, and campaign data standards.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning activities.\nPartner with global commercial marketing operations, analytics, media, and digital teams to establish and maintain consistent data standards across channels and platforms.\nSupport the development and implementation of metadata frameworks that improve data quality, interoperability, reporting, and measurement capabilities.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline campaign setup, tagging, and metadata management processes through automation and standardization.\nMonitor and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments impacting delivery or adoption of campaign data standards.\nCollaborate with analytics, customer engagement, and data platform teams to ensure metadata standards support downstream reporting, measurement, activation, and AI use cases.\nDrive continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback, performance metrics, and operational reviews.\nServe as a subject matter expert for Claravine capabilities, metadata governance, and campaign taxonomy best practices.\nSupport organizational change management, communications, training, and adoption initiatives related to campaign data standards.\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree with 8 - 13 years of experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT or related field \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Claravine or comparable metadata, taxonomy, or marketing data governance platforms.\nExperience supporting Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Commercial Operations, Customer Engagement, or Data & Analytics organizations.\nStrong understanding of metadata management, taxonomy development, tagging strategies, and data governance principles.\nExperience implementing campaign naming conventions and enterprise data standards across marketing ecosystems.\nFamiliarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, media, and analytics platforms.\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale data quality, governance, or master data management initiatives.\nExperience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.\nExperience supporting global teams and operating models.\nKnowledge of customer engagement, omnichannel marketing, campaign execution, and measurement processes.\nMust-Have Skills\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business and technology organizations.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving execution in Agile environments.\nStrong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and data governance concepts.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable operational processes and technology solutions.\nExperience managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and competing stakeholder needs.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nExperience using Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.\nProfessional Certifications:\nClaravine certifications or platform-specific training (nice to have) \nSoft Skills:\nAble to work effectively across multiple geographies (primarily India, Portugal, and the United States) under minimal supervision \nDemonstrated proficiency in written and
