You will work with stakeholders across teams and countries to analyse current ways of working, identify improvement opportunities, and help design future-state solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.\nThis internship offers a unique opportunity to combine process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and digital innovation within a global biotechnology company.\nWhat will you do?\nYou will support a business improvement project by:\nAnalysing the end-to-end IAS shipment process, including workflows, timelines, and handoffs.\nIdentifying bottlenecks, delays, duplication, and process improvement opportunities.\nAssessing potential automation, AI, and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.\nMapping processes and defining future-state workflows, roles, and responsibilities.\nCollaborating with stakeholders across teams and countries to gather insights and validate findings.\nPresenting recommendations and improvement proposals to key stakeholders.\nWho are we looking for?\nYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and are looking for a final-year internship of approximately 6 months.\nYou also:\nHave an interest in supply chain, logistics, and cross-functional operations.\nEnjoy analysing processes and solving business problems.\nHave strong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nCommunicate confidently with stakeholders across different teams and functions.\nAre proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nAre willing to learn new tools, including Smartsheet and automation technologies.\nCan work independently, take initiative, and translate findings into practical recommendations.\nWhat will you gain?\nDuring this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in process improvement, supply chain operations, and digital transformation within an international business environment.\nYou will also:\nLearn how complex shipment processes are managed across multiple countries and stakeholders.\nDevelop process mapping, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nGain exposure to automation and AI opportunities within operational processes.\nWork directly with experienced professionals across supply chain and commercial operations.\nStrengthen your stakeholder management and presentation skills.\nDeliver recommendations that can contribute to future operational improvements.\nInterested?\nSend us your CV and motivation letter.
