In this you will implement the testing and qualification processes for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and platform. This role is Test Automation to drive automation strategy and execution for our SAP ERP projects. The role involves defining the automation roadmap, building and maintaining robust automation frameworks, leading script development and execution, and providing clear test execution and quality reports to stakeholders. The candidate should have hands-on expertise with ALM, UFT, TOSCA, and VB Scripting, along with exposure to modern automation and CI/CD practices\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDefine and own the Test Automation Strategy for SAP ERP applications\nIdentify and finalize the scope and feasibility of automation across functional, regression, and integration testing\nWork closely with Functional Test Leads, SAP Consultants, and Business stakeholders to align automation goals with project timelines\nDesign, develop, and enhance automation frameworks using UFT and TOSCA\nDevelop, review, and maintain automation test scripts with strong focus on reusability and scalability\nEnsure effective regular maintenance of automation assets to handle application changes\nPlan and execute automated test cycles (Regression, Smoke, Sanity)\nAnalyze automation execution results and identify defects, failures, and root causes\nPrepare and publish Test Execution Reports, automation coverage metrics, and quality dashboards for project and management reviews\nManage automation assets, execution schedules, and defects using ALM\nSupport integration of automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar tools)\nFollow best practices for code versioning, reviews, and automation standards\nMentor junior automation testers and provide technical guidance\nWhat we expect of you:\nWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.\nBasic Qualifications:\nAny degree and 5 to 9 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMust-Have Skills:\nStrong experience in Test Automation for SAP ERP applications and other Web applications.\nHands-on expertise with:ALM\nUFT\nTOSCA\n\nMandatory experience in VB Scripting\nSolid understanding of:Test Strategy and Automation Planning\nAutomation Framework Design\nTest Script Development & Maintenance\nTest Execution Reporting and Metrics\n\nEmbed the AI Capabilities to Test Automation\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nAutomation tools and technologies: Selenium, Playwright or similar.\nProgramming / Scripting: JavaScript, Type Script\nCode Management: GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar version control tools\nCI/CD & DevOps exposure: Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools\nExperience in integrating automation with DevOps pipelines\nAdditional Desired Competencies (Added Value)\nExperience in SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO, - any)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and lead automation initiatives end-to-end\nGood communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders\nWhat you can expect of us\nAs we work to develop treatments that look after others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
