You will ensure our critical infrastructure remains safe, reliable and compliant while shaping the long-term roadmap that enables future site growth, operational excellence and sustainability.\nThis role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence. You will build a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering organization, strengthen internal capabilities and lead the evolution of our facilities and utilities infrastructure to support a growing GMP manufacturing site.\nWorking closely with the Site Leadership Team, Corporate Engineering, Procurement and strategic partners, you will translate business needs into engineering solutions that deliver long-term value for the site.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary Facilities & Engineering organization, including Engineering Managers, Maintenance Engineers, technical specialists, technicians and strategic service partners.\nDefine and execute the long-term Engineering, Facilities & Utilities strategy, ensuring our infrastructure supports future manufacturing growth, operational excellence and sustainability.\nOwn the reliability, compliance and performance of critical utilities and technical infrastructure supporting both GMP and non-GMP operations.\nDevelop long-term infrastructure, asset lifecycle and capacity plans aligned with the Site Master Plan and future business needs.\nProvide engineering leadership and governance for capital engineering projects and major infrastructure investments.\nDrive continuous improvement through reliability engineering, modern maintenance practices and digital innovation where it creates business value.\nLead the continued development of the Engineering organization, strengthening internal capabilities while optimizing strategic partnerships.\nBuild strong relationships with Site Leadership, Global Engineering, Procurement and key suppliers to align engineering priorities with business objectives.\nChampion a culture of safety, compliance, ownership and continuous improvement.\nWin\nWhat We Expect of You\nWe are looking for an inspiring engineering leader who combines strategic thinking with strong people leadership and the ability to translate long-term vision into practical results.\nMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience.\n10+ years of leadership experience within Engineering / Utilities in a regulated manufacturing environment.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and developing high-performing organizations.\nStrong understanding of critical utilities, technical infrastructure, asset management and reliability principles.\nExperience developing engineering strategies and translating business growth into infrastructure and investment roadmaps.\nExperience with capital projects and working with external engineering partners and contractors.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.\nStrong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.\nThrive\nWhat You Can Expect of Us\nAs we work to develop treatments that improve patients' lives, we are equally committed to supporting the growth, well-being, and success of our teammates.
