The Senior Scrum Master will champion Agile and SAFe principles, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help teams deliver value efficiently and predictably.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong Agile delivery expertise, servant leadership, and coaching skills with experience supporting cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments. This individual will partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to improve team effectiveness, optimize delivery processes, and support the successful execution of product roadmaps.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nLead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Team Demos.\nCoach teams on Agile and SAFe principles, practices, and behaviors to improve team maturity, effectiveness, and delivery predictability.\nSupport SAFe events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.\nPartner with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization alignment, and successful execution of product objectives.\nRemove impediments and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact delivery timelines or business outcomes.\nFacilitate collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives, Agile metrics, and team health assessments.\nMonitor and communicate team progress, delivery performance, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.\nPromote transparency and data-driven decision making through the use of Agile metrics, including velocity, predictability, cycle time, throughput, and PI objectives.\nSupport capacity planning and dependency management across teams within the Agile Release Train (ART).\nFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, psychological safety, and continuous learning.\nMentor team members and provide guidance on Agile best practices, servant leadership, and collaborative ways of working.\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree with 8 - 12 years of experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT or related field \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience serving as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.\nExperience supporting Marketing Operations, Commercial Operations, Digital, or Work Management product teams.\nExperience facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) activities and cross-team coordination.\nExperience working with Adobe Workfront or comparable enterprise work management platforms.\nExperience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.\nFamiliarity with organizational change management and Agile transformation initiatives.\nExperience supporting enterprise SaaS products and digital business solutions.\nKnowledge of Lean-Agile principles, flow metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nMust-Have Skills\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) \nPrior experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence and Jira Align \nExperience in guiding teams through Agile events and ensuring adherence to SAFe practices and behaviors \nExcellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges with data \nCollaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team \nProfessional Certifications:\nCertified SAFe Scrum Master or similar (preferred) \nCertified SAFe RTE or similar (preferred) \nSoft Skills:\nAble to work effectively across multiple geographies (primarily India, Portugal, and the United States) under minimal supervision \nDemonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication in English language \nIntellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functions \nAbility to prioritize successfully based on business value \nHigh degree of
