As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying complex software applications, and mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nContribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology.\n\nPossesses strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working code\n\nDevelop innovative solution using generative AI technologies\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.\n\nTake ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment. Manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline\n\nDefine and implement robust software architectures on the cloud, AWS preferred\n\nConduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.\n\nCreate and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations.\n\nIdentify and resolve technical challenges effectively.\n\nStay updated with the latest trends and advancements\n\nWork closely with the product team, business team, and other stakeholders.\n\nFunctional Skills:\nMust-Have Skills:\nHands on experience with various cloud services, understand pros and cons of various cloud service in well architected cloud design principles\n\nHands on experience with Full Stack software development. Proficient in programming language Python(preferred), JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL.\n\nExperience building or integrating applications with generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG patterns, or AI orchestration frameworks.\n\nStrong problem solving, analytical skills; Ability to learn quickly; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nExperienced with API integration, serverless, microservices architecture.\n\nExperience in SQL/NOSQL database, vector database for large language models\n\nExperience with popular large language models\n\nExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.\n\nExperience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, reranking, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or LLM evaluation.
