As a Senior Associate Business Systems Analyst within our global Technology team, this role will help evolve the Procure to pay (P2P) capabilities and support transition from our worldwide ERP instance on SAP ECC to the S/4HANA Intelligent Enterprise. Come join a team that is passionate about innovation and making life better with technology!\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with Product Owners and System Architects to manage business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business and product goals\nUnderstand customer needs to shape business processes and product requirements\nWork with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments\nCollaborate with Business SMEs and Product Management to prioritize release scopes and refine the Product backlog\nEnsure non-functional requirements are included and prioritized in the Product and Release Backlogs\nFacilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the product team\nClearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and stakeholders understand how they fit into the product backlog\nEnsure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined and understood\nStay focused on software development to ensure it meets requirements, providing proactive feedback to stakeholders\nDevelop and execute effective product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders\nMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree and 5 to 9 years of information systems experience\nMust-Have Skills\nExperience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as JIRA\nHands on experience in procurement tools like SAP MM and/or SAP Ariba\nExperience with Agile software development methodologies and ability to drive projects using Agile methodology\nProvide support to SAP users, including troubleshooting issues and providing training\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nExperience with stakeholder management, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and driving the successful delivery of technical projects\nExperience in managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmaps\nAble to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms\nExperience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology.
