This role will also contribute to the adoption of AI and emerging technologies, data visualization and analytics, and effective data management practices while helping ensure that solutions meet business, security, and operational needs.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with Product Owners and System Architects to manage business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business and product goals\nUnderstand customer needs to shape business processes and product requirements\nWork with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments\nCollaborate with Business SMEs and Product Management to prioritize release scopes and refine the Product backlog\nEnsure non-functional requirements are included and prioritized in the Product and Release Backlogs\nFacilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the product team\nClearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and stakeholders understand how they fit into the product backlog\nEnsure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined and understood\nStay focused on software development to ensure it meets requirements, providing proactive feedback to stakeholders\nDevelop and execute effective product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders\nMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes\nWhat we expect of you\nWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The professional we seek is a person with these qualifications.\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree and 5 to 9 years of information systems experience as a business analyst\nDemonstrated experience serving as an information systems business analyst supporting enterprise software or data solutions\nAbility to independently deliver moderately complex technical assignments while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team\nAbility to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, platforms, and business processes\nEagerness to learn and grow in a software development environment\nFunctional Skills:\nMust-Have Skills\nExperience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as JIRA\nHands on experience with project management and business analysis concepts\nExperience with Agile software development methodologies and ability to drive projects using Agile methodology\nExperience evaluating technology solutions and platforms, assessing capabilities, risks, integration considerations, and alignment to business needs\nExperience identifying and evaluating opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes, decision-making, or user experiences\nExperience with data visualization and analytics solutions, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights for business stakeholders\nWorking knowledge of data management concepts, including data quality, governance, integration, lineage, and lifecycle management\nExperience providing support to IT system users, including troubleshooting production issues, providing training, and participating in incident response\nWorking knowledge of application security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access controls\nExperience working within Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies\nAbility to create clear technical documentation, including designs, diagrams, configuration instructions, and operational support procedures\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and collaborate across global, virtual, and cross-functional teams\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nExperience serving as a business analyst supporting enterprise-grade software to production within a global, highly regulated, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment\nExperience with stakeholder management, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and driving the successful delivery of technical projects\nExperience in managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmaps\nExperience with data visualization in PowerBI, Tableau, etc\nAble to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms\nExperience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology.
