This role involves working with large datasets, developing reports, supporting and executing data governance initiatives and visualizing data to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, experience with big data technologies, and a deep understanding of data architecture and ETL processes\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nHands on work, building and maintaining Anaplan models to support pricing, rebate, and provider contracting workflows\nIntegrate Anaplan models with multiple data sources (ERP, CRM, flat files for seamless data flow, automate data loads, calculations and reporting processes to reduce manual effort\nContribute to both models build as well as APP updates\nDrive continuous improvement in architecture by finding opportunities for innovation and efficiency\nCo-innovate with Value & Access team by planning and managing Product roadmaps\nWork directly with business SMEs to understand, prioritize and advise on application focus and rollout\nWork independently, function as a knowledge resource for less experienced team members\nServe as lead for operational support in a DevOps model for the deployed Anaplan solutions\nOwn and maintain SDLC documentation using Agile tools such as Confluence\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s / Master’s degree and 4 to 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience\nFunctional Skills:\nMust-Have Skills\nDemonstratable experience of implementing or managing multiple planning solutions in Anaplan (preferred) or similar EPM tools (e.g. Hyperion, OneStream, SAP BPC or TM1)\nExperience working in DevOps teams, utilizing tools like Jira\nPossess strong learning agility and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail\nOutstanding interpersonal skills and technical leadership\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nStrong solution design and problem-solving skills\nExperience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions\nAbility to analyze client requirements and translate them into solution\nExperience with pharmaceutical contracting\nProfessional Certifications (Preferred):\nAnaplan Level 3 Certification (preferred)\nScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred)\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nDemonstrated awareness of how to function in a team setting\nDemonstrated presentation skills\nShift Information:\nThis position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule.
