The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, product owners, security teams, and agile teams to improve the reliability, security, scalability, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDevelop, automate, and enhance DevOps capabilities and platform components using established engineering standards, architecture patterns, and security guidance.\nDevelop and maintain automation, tooling, and supporting services using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, TypeScript/JavaScript, and shell scripting as appropriate.\nEvaluate application and platform requirements to determine appropriate infrastructure, deployment, automation, and operational approaches across cloud, containerized, and enterprise technology environments.\nImplement and support infrastructure and deployment patterns for enterprise applications, including containerized workloads, Kubernetes-based platforms, AWS services, networking, certificates, secrets, identity, and environment configuration.\nSupport the secure deployment and operation of enterprise applications across development, test, pre-production, and production environments, promoting consistent and repeatable platform practices.\nTranslate technical requirements and application needs into repeatable infrastructure, deployment, automation, and operational solutions.\nBuild reusable CI/CD pipelines, deployment templates, automation scripts, and platform components that can be applied consistently across applications and environments.\nIntegrate applications and deployment workflows with AWS services, enterprise identity platforms, registries, data platforms, monitoring solutions, and approved internal or external APIs.\nImplement and support automated quality and security controls within CI/CD pipelines, including infrastructure validation, security scanning, dependency checks, and deployment verification.\nCreate rapid prototypes and proofs of concept to validate infrastructure, deployment, automation, and platform approaches, then translate approved concepts into production-ready capabilities.\nUse Git-based source control, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes, automated releases, monitoring, rollback, and incident-management practices to support reliable software delivery.\nWrite clean, reusable, well-documented, secure, and maintainable automation, infrastructure, configuration, and application-support code.\nParticipate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve automation quality, infrastructure reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.\nMonitor and troubleshoot production platforms and applications across Kubernetes, containers, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, networking, identity, data integrations, and application components; support defect resolution and root-cause analysis.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including architecture notes, infrastructure diagrams, deployment procedures, configuration standards, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks.\nContribute reusable platform components, DevSecOps patterns, engineering standards, and continuous improvements that strengthen the broader Commercialization Technology ecosystem.\nWork closely with software engineers, architects, product owners, security teams, data engineers, QA engineers, infrastructure teams, and other technology partners.\nFollow Agile practices, contribute to sprint planning and effort estimation, and provide timely status updates on platform, DevOps, and infrastructure work.\nContinuously build knowledge of modern DevSecOps, cloud, container, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, observability, AI platform, and software delivery technologies.\nMaintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, platform standards, operational processes, and changes.\nWhat we expect of you\nWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. or a related field\nApproximately 5 to 9 years of relevant software development or software engineering experience\nDemonstrated experience serving as a developer or software engineer delivering enterprise software or data solutions\nAbility to independently deliver moderately complex technical assignments while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team\nAbility to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, platforms, and business processes\nEagerness to learn and grow in a software development environment\nFunctional Skills:\nMust-Have Skills\nDemonstrated ownership of at least one production DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure, automation, cloud, container, or platform component.\nHands-on experience with DevOps automation, scripting, or platform tooling using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, TypeScript/JavaScript, or shell scripting.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and software delivery automation using technologies such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or comparable platforms.\nHands-on experience with containerization and deployment using Docker or comparable technologies, and working knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and operations.\nHands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure concepts, including compute, networking, IAM, storage, load balancing, and managed services.\nExperience with infrastructure as code and environment automation using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, or comparable technologies.\nWorking knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud security concepts, including identity and access management, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, certificate management, and secure configuration.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to learn quickly; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nExperience working within Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.\nAbility to create clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, infrastructure designs, configuration instructions, deployment procedures, and operational support documentation.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and collaborate across global, virtual, and cross-functional teams.\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nExperience supporting enterprise-grade technology platforms within a global, highly regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.\nStrong experience with AWS cloud services, infrastructure management, and cloud-native architecture patterns.\nExperience designing, deploying, and operating containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise environments.\nExperience implementing DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated quality and security controls, and source-control platforms such as GitLab.\nExperience integrating deployment and operational workflows with enterprise data platforms, application platforms, registries, and relational databases.\nExperience implementing secure identity, authentication, authorization, and secrets-management patterns using enterprise technologies such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, IAM, or managed secrets platforms.\nFamiliarity with supporting AI/ML application infrastructure, platform integrations, or secure deployment patterns for AI-enabled workloads.\nExperience with observability, application
