Let’s change the world. In this key role, you will support the GCO Finance function through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics. You’ll collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver accurate, timely insights that drive strategic decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServes as the OPEX Budget Coordinator for key brands within the RDBU business area, with responsibilities for monthly and quarterly OPEX reporting, variance analysis and system management, accrual preparation and review, invoice processing, Purchase Order setup and management, along with ad-hoc analysis as needed.\nSupport the RDBU OPEX lead, brand finance lead and associated brand team with financial planning and OPEX support for key budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for RDBU leadership.\nProvide clear, data-driven insights into performance drivers, cost trends, and business risks/opportunities.\nMaintain and ensure accuracy of financial master data across relevant systems (e.g., cost centers, WBS, and project codes).\nCollaborate with other RDBU Budget Coordinator counterparts to ensure alignment on key deliverables.\nLead quarter-close and consolidation activities for your respective brands, including journal reviews, reporting, and reconciliations.\nContribute to standardization and automation initiatives to improve process efficiency.\nDemonstrate ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail in all deliverables.\nWhat We Expect of You\nBasic Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree and 4+ years of accounting and/or finance experience, OR\nBachelor’s degree and 6+ years of accounting and/or finance experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or multinational corporate environments.\nKnowledge of FP&A processes, quarter-close, and financial consolidation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively across time zones and in a virtual team environment.\nTechnical & Functional Skills:\nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
