The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with core networking technologies (LAN/WAN/Data Center/Load balancers), Cisco routing and switching equipment, F5 load balancing solutions, and Infoblox DNS/DHCP platforms. This role demands attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure. Please note, this is an onsite role based in Hyderabad.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and maintain network infrastructure systems\nConfigure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment\nManage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance\nAdminister Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems\nTroubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions\nPerform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades\nMonitor network performance and conduct capacity planning\nDocument network architecture, configurations, and procedures\nImplement network security measures and best practices\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nMaster's degree with 2+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR\nBachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR\nDiploma with 5+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR\nFunctional Skills:\nMust-Have Skills:\nPrevious, or current, CCNP certification (required)\nProven experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies (required)\nHands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required)\nProficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions (required)\nStrong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.)\nExperience with network security concepts and implementation\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nCCIE certification\nExperience with SD-WAN solutions\nKnowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)\nFamiliarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)\nExperience with network monitoring tools\nKnowledge of ITIL practices\nExperience with DevOps, S/W development and scripting\nExperience with Software-Defined Networking (SD-WAN)\nFamiliarity with network orchestration platforms\nGood knowledge of industry tools\nProfessional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):\nCCNP certification (previous or current) (mandatory)\nCCIE certification (preferred)\nF5 Certified Administrator (preferred)\nInfoblox certification (preferred)\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nProblem-solving and critical thinking capabilities\nTeam collaboration and knowledge sharing\nAdaptability to changing priorities and technologies\nShift Information: This position requires you to be onsite and participate in 24/5 and weekend on call in rotation fashion and may require you to work a later shift.
