We are seeking a Senior Associate Business Analyst to partner with Operations stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to identify, define, and deliver Generative AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and user experiences. This role will drive requirements discovery, business process analysis, value realization, and product delivery for AI-powered capabilities across Operations functions.\nRoles & responsibilities\no Partner with Product Managers, System Architects, Engineering, UX, AI engineers, data scientists, customers, and business stakeholders to align business analysis activities with product strategy and engineering delivery.\no Capture the voice of the customer through interviews, workshops, process assessments, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.\no Analyse current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, journey maps, and operational challenges to identify optimization opportunities.\nInternal Use Only General and Administrative\no Identify and evaluate high-value Generative AI and automation use cases that improve business processes, operational workflows, and product\ncapabilities.\no Define scope, business value, measurable outcomes, success metrics, and value realization plans for AI-enabled solutions.\no Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, including accuracy, explainability, usability, latency,\ngovernance, security, and
