Please note, this is an on-site role based in Hyderabad.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nAdminister, monitor, and support Windows Server(s)\n\nMaintain and monitor server security and compliance standards\n\nMonitor server health and generate routine reports\n\nPerform patching, updates and backups to ensure compliance\n\nSupport in incident resolution and troubleshooting\n\nDocument changes and standard operating procedures\n\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience OR\n\nMaster’s degree with 2-4 years of experience OR\n\nDiploma with 7+ years of relevant experience\n\nFunctional Skills:\nMust-Have Skills:\nExperience with Windows server operations\n\nExperience with virtualization (VMware, Acropolis)\n\nBasic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Ansible, Python)\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL or incident management workflows\n\nChange management expertise\n\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills\n\n Good-to-Have Skills:\nExposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure)\n\nInterest in automation tools and infrastructure-as-code\n\nFamiliarity with n8n or similar automation platforms to build, optimize, and connect AI-driven workflows.\n\nExposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace)\n\nKnowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, SSM or MECM)\n\nProfessional Certifications:\nCompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Fundamentals (preferred)\n\nSoft Skills:\nDetail-oriented and organized\n\nEffective communicator\n\nAbility to follow procedures accurately\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\n\nWillingness to learn and grow\n\nShift Information:\nThis position is required to be onsite and participate in 24/7 rotation fashion and may require you to work a later shift.
