This role will manage data validation, cleansing, and enrichment while collaborating with teams to resolve issues and ensure data integrity. The analyst will support key performance monitoring, data governance, and compliance efforts, as well as assist in data migration and integration projects. Candidates should have experience in enterprise applications like SAP or Oracle, familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards, and strong analytical skills.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nPerform data operations tasks, mainly maintenance, and validation, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data like Material, PIR, SL, ECN, BOM , Recipe, Production version and QM Inspection plans\nCreation and maintenance (Extension to plant, Sales org, warehouse of Material master data).\nSupport process optimization initiatives to improve data management workflows and enhance efficiency.\nConduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement\nProvide training and support to partners, customers, and end-users on master data processes, tools, and best practices.\nMaintain data quality reports to monitor performance metrics and ensure data compliance.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and operations teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals.\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 4-7 years of experience in SAP ECC, master data management, data governance, or data operations, preferably in the healthcare or biotech supply chains\n Technical Proficiency: Experience in SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and other data management tools (e.g., Informatica, Powe BI).\nAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.\nProblem Solving: Skilled at identifying root causes of data issues and implementing effective solutions.\nAttention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on data quality.\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nFunctional Skills:\nMust-Have Skills:\nHands on experience of SAP MDM like Material, PIR, SL, ECN, BOM , Recipe and QM Inspection types, Inspection plans & QM Info records\nUnderstanding of master data management processes, frameworks, and governance.\nProficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite, with experience in data analysis\nBasic understanding of data governance frameworks and ensuring data accuracy and quality.\nStrong communication skills for presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nSAP S/4, SAP MDG, SAP TM\nProfessional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for
