The role will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and maintaining Planisware solutions that enable project portfolio management, cost management, forecasting, governance, reporting, and project execution across Engineering programs. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Engineering stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver scalable and compliant solutions\nKey Responsibilities\nApplication Development & Configuration\nDesign, configure, and customize Planisware modules based on business requirements. \nDevelop and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, calculations, and custom configurations. \nConfigure project portfolio management, cost management, resource management, and governance capabilities. \nSupport solution design activities and provide recommendations for platform optimization. \nIntegration Development\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Planisware and enterprise platforms such as: \nSAP \nAnaplan \nAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) \nEnterprise Data Fabric (EDF) \nS3 and other data repositories \nTroubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with upstream and downstream application teams. \nEnsure data integrity and reliability across connected systems. \nData Management\nSupport data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities. \nDevelop scripts and processes for data imports, exports, and transformations. \nPerform configuration migration across environments. \nMaintain data quality standards and governance controls \nReporting & Analytics\nDevelop dashboards, portfolio reports, KPIs, and executive reporting solutions. \nSupport project forecasting, cost tracking, and portfolio visibility requirements. \nPartner with business stakeholders to identify reporting improvements and automation opportunities \nTesting & Release Management\nPerform unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. \nSupport UAT planning and defect resolution activities. \nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, release deployments, and hypercare support. \nDocument technical solutions, test results, and deployment procedures. \nOperational Support\nProvide Level 2/Level 3 application support for production incidents and service requests. \nAnalyze root causes and implement preventive measures. \nSupport BAU activities when required. \nEnsure compliance with enterprise security, validation, and change management processes. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. \n5+ years of enterprise application development experience. \n2+ years of experience with Planisware Enterprise or another Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform. \nStrong understanding of: \nProject Portfolio Management (PPM) \nCost Management and Forecasting \nResource Management \nFinancial Reporting \nProject Governance \nExperience with REST APIs, ETL processes, and enterprise integrations. \nStrong SQL and data analysis skills. \nExperience working in Agile delivery environments. \nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Planisware configuration and development. \nExperience integrating Planisware with SAP, Anaplan, ACC, or enterprise data platforms. \nExperience with Databricks, Azure/AWS cloud services, and data pipelines. \nUnderstanding of Engineering project delivery processes and capital project management. \nKnowledge of GxP-controlled environments and validation practices. \nExperience supporting global enterprise applications. \nKey
