maintain tracking systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira).\n\nCoordinate across UX, engineering, and AEM teams to ensure aligned delivery.\n\nDrive communication and transparency (status updates, release notes, stakeholder syncs).\n\nSupport governance processes (component intake, prioritization, approvals).\n\nFacilitate office hours, training sessions, and documentation rollout.\n\nIdentify and resolve process gaps, inefficiencies, and communication breakdowns.\n\nTeam & Delivery:\nCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content specialists based in India to ensure smooth project execution and cross-functional alignment.\n\nContribute to a collaborative team environment by promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and a commitment to continuous improvement.\n\nSupport day-to-day operations by participating in sprint planning sessions, tracking tasks, and coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams as needed.\n\nDriving Operational Excellence:\nEstablish robust workflows for development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe tools.\n\nMonitor performance metrics, manage A/B testing efforts, and champion data-driven decision-making.\n\nEnsure SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and compliance guidelines are consistently implemented.\n\nCollaboration & Communication:\nPartner with global marketing, product, and digital technology teams to deliver integrated, impactful experiences.\n\nSupport clear and timely communication of project updates, key metrics, and progress to global stakeholders across time zones, ensuring alignment and transparency.\n\nCollaborate with other offshore/onshore development teams, ensuring smooth and effective execution.\n\nQualifications:\n3+ years of experience in web development, content management, or digital product leadership, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.\n\n5-9 over all experience with related field .\n\nProven expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Assets, Sites, Creative Suite, Content Analytics, and Workfront.\n\nProficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes.\n\nKnowledge of Cloud-native approaches and platforms including AWS or Azure, or GCP.\n\nUnderstanding of AEM as Cloud Service.\n\nStrong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, tokens).\n\nUnderstanding of frontend technologies like Bootstrap, ReactJS, Handlebars, Angular, CSS3, and HTML 5.\n\nExperience working on a team of developers.\n\nStrong understanding of digital compliance, web accessibility, and regulated industry standards.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.\n\nPreferred Experience:\nFamiliarity with design systems and UX workflows.\n\nUnderstanding of Figma and brand/variable token structure.\n\nMulti-brand architecture familiarity.\n\nExposure to AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and/or enterprise CMS ecosystems.\n\nUnderstanding of Storybook or frontend component workflows.\n\nExperience supporting distributed/global
