  • Partner with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, architects, and designers to translate analytical methods and models into scalable and usable digital products.
  • Ensure forecasting and decision-support products make assumptions, uncertainty, tradeoffs, and model outputs understandable and actionable, with appropriate monitoring of model performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Influence senior stakeholders, reconcile competing priorities, and align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision, roadmap, and measures of success.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate generative AI, agentic capabilities, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation while supporting responsible AI, transparency, and appropriate human oversight.
  • Establish effective operating rhythms, decision rights, documentation, and communication practices for globally distributed teams.
  • Drive product adoption and value realization by measuring impact on business performance, efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
  • Mentor product managers and contribute to an outcome-oriented product culture across Amgen.
