Inthisyou will implement the testing and qualification processes for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and platform.This role isTest AutomationLead to drive automation strategy and execution for ourSAP ERP projects. The role involves defining the automation roadmap,buildingandmaintainingrobust automation frameworks, leading script development and execution, and providing clear test execution and quality reports to stakeholders. The candidate should havehandsonexpertisewithALM, UFT, TOSCA, andVB Scripting, along with exposure to modern automation and CI/CD practices\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDefine and own theTest Automation Strategy for SAP ERP applications\n\nIdentifyandfinalizethescope and feasibility of automation across functional, regression, and integration testing\n\nWork closely with Functional Test Leads, SAP Consultants, and Business stakeholders to align automation goals with project timelines\n\nDesign, develop, and enhanceautomation frameworks usingUFT and TOSCA\n\nDevelop, review, andmaintainautomation test scripts with strong focus on reusability and scalability\n\nEnsure effective regular maintenance of automation assets to handle application changes\n\nPlan and execute automated test cycles (Regression, Smoke, Sanity)\n\nAnalyze automation execution results andidentifydefects, failures, and root causes\n\nPrepare and publishTest Execution Reports, automation coverage metrics, and quality dashboards for project and management reviews\n\nManage automation assets, execution schedules, and defects usingALM\n\nSupport integration of automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar tools)\n\nFollow best practices forcode versioning, reviews, and automation standards\n\nMentor junior automation testers andprovidetechnical guidance\n\nWhat we expect of you:\nWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.\nBasic Qualifications:\nAny degree and 5 to 9 years of Computer Science,ITor related field experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMust-Have Skills:\nStrong experience inTest Automation for SAP ERP applicationsand other Webapplications.\n\nHandsonexpertisewith:\n\nALM\n\nUFT\n\nTOSCA\n\nMandatory experience inVB Scripting\n\nSolid understanding of:\n\nTest Strategy and Automation Planning\n\nAutomation Framework Design\n\nTest Script Development & Maintenance\n\nTest Execution Reporting and Metrics\n\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nAutomation tools and technologies:Selenium,Playwright or similar.\n\nProgramming / Scripting:JavaScript, Type Script\n\nCode Management:GitHub,Bitbucket, or similar version control tools\n\nCI/CD & DevOps exposure:Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools\n\nExperience in integrating automation withDevOps pipelines\n\nAdditional Desired Competencies (Added Value)\nExperience in SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO,- any)\n\nStrong analytical andproblemsolvingskills\n\nAbility to work independently and lead automation initiativesendtoend\n\nGood communicationskills to interact withcrossfunctionalteams and stakeholders\n\nWhat you can expect of us\nAs we work to develop treatments that look after others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
