This summer 2027 internship is expected to last approximately 12 weeks and combines a project assignment with experiential learning. You will help connect people and insights across Amgen’s R&D ecosystem, supporting more than 10,000 scientists and clinicians as they find the knowledge they need to focus on patients. You’ll select a project focus with the team based on your interests and team priorities. Possible areas include:\nCo-designing, prototyping, and testing AI assistants that go beyond Q&A, such as roleplay simulators, digital coaches, and recommendation engines\nBuilding the knowledge foundations and infrastructure that help people and AI experiences find trusted, useful information\nUsing user research and usability feedback to improve the experience and interface of Knowledge Management tools\nCreating practical, engaging stories, multimedia, and knowledge assets with AI tools and creative thinking\nHelping teams adopt new ways to learn and share knowledge through communication, feedback, and culture-building\nYou’ll collaborate with global partners across R&D, digital, and learning teams.
