Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Procurement & Material Managementunterstützt du unser operatives Einkaufsteam im Tagesgeschäft und erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in den gesamten P2P-Prozess. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen und externen Lieferanten und trägst dazu bei, eine reibungslose Materialversorgung am Standort sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung bei der Bearbeitung von Bestellstatus, Lieferterminen sowie Auftragsbestäti- gungen

  • Unterstützung bei der Rechnungsprüfung und Abstimmung mit Finance und Fachbereichen

  • Mitarbeit bei Stammdatenpflege im P2P-Umfeld

  • Unterstützung bei der Warenannahme und Wareneingangsprüfung

  • Mithilfe bei der Verteilung von Lieferungen an interne Bereiche

  • Unterstützung bei Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten

Lager & Bestand

  • Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung des Verbrauchslagers
  • Durchführung bzw. Unterstützung bei Bestandsprüfungen sowie einfachen Nachbestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Inventuren und Vorbereitungen für den Jahresabschluss

Prozesse & Verbesserungen

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Listen, Workflows und SharePoint-Inhalten
  • Mitarbeit an kleineren Prozessoptimierungsmaßnahmen, z. B. Standardisierung oder Transparenz über Backlogs/KPIs
  • Optional: Übernahme kleiner Koordinationsaufgaben im Team (z. B. Priorisierungslisten)

Deine Qualifikation

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) für BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Studienrichtungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, v. a. Excel und SharePoint
  • Interesse an Procurement Operations, Materialwirtschaft oder Supply Chain
  • Erste Erfahrung mit ERP/P2P-Systemen (idealerweise SAP oder Ariba) von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Freude an praktischen, operativen Aufgaben
  • Serviceorientierte Kommunikation und Hands-on-Mentalität
