This role serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping drive the evolution and adoption of Adobe Workfront across Amgen's global marketing and commercial organizations.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills, Agile product delivery experience, and expertise in marketing operations and work management processes. This individual will partner with business leaders, marketers, project managers, and technology teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance planning, collaboration, visibility, and execution across the enterprise.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nPartner with marketing, commercial, creative, and operations stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and user stories.\nFacilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and process-mapping exercises to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.\nServe as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on Workfront capabilities, best practices, and process improvements.\nDocument business processes, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.\nManage and prioritize product backlog items in partnership with Product Managers and Product Owners.\nSupport PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.\nCoordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nDrive Workfront governance, standards, and best practices.\nEvaluate new Workfront and Fusion capabilities and recommend enhancements.\nSupport training, change management, and user enablement activities.\nBasic Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field and 8-13 years of experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Adobe Workfront or comparable enterprise work management platforms.\nExperience supporting Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Work Management functions.\nKnowledge of workflow automation and enterprise collaboration platforms.\nExperience with Workfront Fusion, Adobe Experience Cloud, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.\nExperience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows between enterprise applications.\nFamiliarity with change management and user adoption practices.\nExperience supporting global teams and operating models.\nMust-Have Skills\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a passion for improving business processes through technology and workflow automation.\nExperience working within a product operating model, including roadmap planning, backlog management, and value-based prioritization.\nExperience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) \nExcellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to influence based on data and business value \nHas experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as Jira \nAbility to explain sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical clients \nSoft Skills:\nAble to work effectively across multiple geographies (primarily India, Portugal, and the United States) under minimal supervision \nDemonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication in English language \nIntellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functions \nAbility to prioritize successfully based on business value \nHigh degree of
