The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience on construction sites or working in a component or Modular manufacturing facility. This is the opportunity for you to get in on the ground floor of a new venture in Modular housing in our CUERO TX factory.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying with Plant and Safety procedures, rules, and regulations.\nPrep and fill and sand area for painting\nPaint areas using Spray guns, Rollers, and Brush for best finish\nAbility to paint level 4 smooth finish and all trim\nClean and maintain all equipment\nWork in a safe manner\nComplete other responsibilities as assigned\nRequired Skills and Experience\nHigh School Diploma\n4-year relevant work experience\nAble to follow instructions, written and verbal\nFollow all safety practices\nAble to work in a manufacturing environment including the physical demands of the job\nAble to lift 75lbs\nAble to stand for 8+ hours to accomplish work tasks\nAble to use the tools and processes for the role\nRequires good manual dexterity (hand, arm, and multi-limb coordination)\nAble to work overtime as scheduled\nWork Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the Team Member may be exposed to noise, wood products, plastics, lubricants moving mechanical parts and vibration.\nPhysical Demands\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
