Come build the future of AI with us!\nWhat you'll do\nModel and algorithm evaluation\nArrange objects and scenes in exact, specified configurations so that test runs are comparable.\n\nLaunch our algorithms on the robots following written instructions, and watch each run closely.\n\nRecord outcomes (success, failure, partial), timings and anything unusual, accurately and consistently.\n\nReset the scene and repeat across many trials and variations.\n\nData collection\nTeleoperate robots through tasks such as picking, placing, sorting, stacking, opening containers, tool use and simple assembly, using leader-follower arms, VR or motion-tracking rigs, gamepads or keyboard interfaces.\n\nRun scripted or programmatic data collection where the robot is driven by code rather than by hand.\n\nIntroduce requested variations in objects, positions, lighting and task order while keeping your technique consistent.\n\nMeet daily targets for data volume without compromising quality or safety.\n\nData annotation and review\nReview recorded episodes and mark them as successful, failed or invalid and assign rewards.\n\nLabel task phases, outcomes and failure reasons using our annotation tools.\n\nWrite clear operator notes so researchers understand what happened in each run.\n\nLab operations and safety\nStart up, calibrate, inspect, reset and shut down robots, cameras and operator stations using documented procedures.\n\nSpot unusual robot behavior, hardware faults or software issues, stop work when something looks unsafe, and report problems clearly enough for an engineer to reproduce them.\n\nKeep stations, objects and shared spaces organized and inventoried.\n\nTest new tasks, hardware and tools, and suggest improvements to our procedures.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nStrong communication skills\n\nAbility to come up with creative solutions\n\nMeticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions exactly.\n\nStrong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity and spatial awareness.\n\nAbility to learn new physical control systems quickly.\n\nComfort with repetitive, precision-focused work, and the focus to keep quality consistent over a full shift.\n\nClear written and verbal communication, especially when describing what went wrong.\n\nBasic computer skills: running programs from instructions, using spreadsheets, video review and data-entry tools.\n\nComfort with a Linux terminal, basic Python, or running scripts.\n\nSound safety judgment, including the willingness to stop a robot when something looks off.\n\nReliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.\n\nNice to have\nHands-on experience with robot arms, mobile robots or automation equipment.\n\nBasic hardware troubleshooting: cables, cameras, networking, power.\n\nBackground in lab, manufacturing, assembly, fulfillment or quality-control work.\n\nGaming, VR/AR, simulation, motion capture or other controller-based experience.\n\nData annotation, AI training operations or structured video review.\n\nComfort with a Linux terminal, basic Python, or running scripts.\n\nAn interest in AI and robotics research. This is a full-time, in-office role with a 40-hour workweek.
