You will play an active role in driving sales, building client loyalty and bringing the AMI universe to life in the boutique.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nCLIENT RELATIONS & SALES DEVELOPMENT\nWelcome and assist a local and international clientele, embodying the Maison’s standards of service and hospitality.\n\nIdentify each client’s expectations, needs and preferences in order to build a personalized and lasting relationship.\n\nAdvise clients with expertise and present the collections by highlighting AMI’s craftsmanship, identity and universe.\n\nDrive sales by developing tailored recommendations and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.\n\nDevelop and retain your client portfolio through active and relevant use of clienteling.\n\nContribute to individual and collective boutique targets and monitor key performance indicators.\n\nEnsure a consistent and high-quality client experience, from greeting to departure.\n\nTEAM SPIRIT & BOUTIQUE LIFE\nShare client insights and best practices to contribute to a strong collective commercial dynamic.\n\nActively participate in the day-to-day life of the boutique and adapt to business priorities.\n\nTake initiative and make suggestions to contribute to improving the client experience and boutique performance.\n\nEnsure an impeccable sales environment that is consistent with the Maison’s image.\n\nImplement Visual Merchandising guidelines and pay close attention to the presentation of the collections.\n\nSTOCK & OPERATIONS\nParticipate in deliveries, stock integration, replenishment, transfers and inventories.\n\nEnsure the availability of the products required for business activity.\n\nFollow procedures rigorously and use the Maison’s tools and systems with confidence and ease.\n\nRequirements\nABOUT YOU\nYou have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, ideally gained within luxury, premium, high-end ready-to-wear or luxury hospitality.\n\nYou have a strong understanding of sales fundamentals and a genuine culture of client service and commercial performance.\n\nYou have experience in clienteling and building loyalty with a demanding clientele.\n\nYou are smiling, elegant, dynamic and committed, with an excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills.\n\nYou are autonomous, rigorous and responsive, while enjoying working as part of a team.\n\nYou are passionate about fashion and have a good understanding of the luxury industry and its codes.\n\nYou have excellent communication skills and are able to adapt your approach to both local and international clients.\n\nFluency in English is essential.
