These sessions take place monthly, in person in Paris for local teams and remotely for international teams.\n\nDeploy other training programs across France and international markets, facilitating sessions both in person and remotely in line with the training calendar.\n\nMaintain a regular presence in boutiques to lead morning briefings, facilitate on-the-job learning and provide hands-on coaching to strengthen sales advisors’ skills and improve retail performance.\n\nWork closely with Retail Managers and Store Directors to identify development needs and define relevant follow-up actions and training plans.\n\nCoordinate the logistics and preparation of training sessions, including training materials, venues and participant communication.\n\nClient Experience Tools Development and Management\nOversee the development, deployment and availability of client experience tools across all markets, such as try-on kits and presentation trays, in collaboration with relevant departments and local teams.\n\nSupport the effective use of these tools through dedicated training and guidance.\n\nMonitor stock levels and ensure the availability of these tools throughout the retail network in France, Europe and the US.\n\nPROFILE\nYou are passionate about retail, knowledge sharing and people development. Proactive, agile and creative, you combine strong pedagogical skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to engage, inspire and support retail teams.\nAt least 5 years of experience in training, ideally within luxury retail, premium fashion or hospitality.\n\nStrong retail sales experience, with a solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance drivers and client experience excellence.\n\nExcellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences across in-person, virtual and in-store formats.\n\nProven experience in developing training content and materials, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.\n\nA strong interest in digital learning tools, e-learning and innovative training approaches.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, markets and levels of the organization.\n\nAdaptability and agility in an international, cross-functional environment involving multiple stakeholders, including Retail teams and Head Office functions.\n\nWillingness and availability to travel (mainly France and Europe) on a regular basis.\n\nFluency in both French and English, written and spoken.\n\nWe firmly believe that the diversity of our teams is a strength.
