Reporting to the Retail Director of North America, the Store Manager will ensure the store is running efficiently. Store Manager responsibilities include:\nTEAM MANAGEMENT\nThe Store Manager needs to inspire and guide their team, create a positive work environment, and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration:\nHire, supervision, training, and development of a high performing team\n\nManagement and monitoring of schedules to maximize performance and profitability\n\nTrain team on products and brand knowledge\n\nDRIVING SALES\nThe Store Manager’s mission is to drive sales while creating a dynamic environment with excellent customer service:\nSupports team to achieve individual and team sales targets.\n\nMonitors and optimizes the Key Performance Indicators of the store and team (Conversion rate, Units Per Transaction, Average Transaction Value, etc.).\n\nProvides daily reports to the Retail Director and HQ.\n\nWorks closely with Merchandising team by communicating and providing feedback and better knowledge of the customers.\n\nSees business opportunity and possible challenges to help initiate changes and improve the business.\n\nCLIENTELING AND EVENTS\nRecruits new clients (stylists, agents, prospects)\n\nFoster long-term relationships with existing clients; sends, follow-ups and hosts one-to-one experiences.\n\nServes as the ambassador of the stylist program for the store.\n\nSubmit in-store events proposal to the marketing team monthly (events hosted by clients, stylists, others).\n\nCLIENT RELATIONS\nThe Store Manager spreads the AMI spirit by offering alongside with his/her team a unique customer experience:\nWelcomes customers according to AMI values: being friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood\n\nUnderstands customer needs and proposes a relevant selection of products while encouraging cross\n\nselling.\n\nDrives the team to fully embrace a customer loyalty culture of building strong and long-term relationships with clients.\n\nIntroduces new clients to the brand.\n\nOPERATIONS MANAGEMENT\nThe Store Manager is the guarantor of the store image:\nParticipates in the reception of merchandise and ensures supply needs.\n\nEnsures that the store is well maintained: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises...\n\nFollows-up & manages inventory (rotating inventories, management of cash register and stock levels and stock errors, etc.)\n\nActively participates in the Visual Merchandising of the store, proposes options during rotations.\n\nRequirements\nAt least 3+ years of experience in retail management.\nExperience in luxury sales and/or designer clothing.\nExcellent interpersonal skills.\nTeam-player with a strong sense of team leadership to deliver results beyond expectations.\nMasterful customer service skills and ability to foster a client-centric spirit.\nStrong interest and understanding of fashion;
