ServiceNow environment.\nResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform solutions.\nImplement and maintain automated deployment pipelines for ServiceNow development and release processes.\nDevelop and optimize CI/CD processes to support reliable and efficient ServiceNow deployments.\nAutomate development, testing, deployment, and operational processes across ServiceNow environments.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications and platforms using APIs and web services and ServiceNow integration solutions such as Integration Hub.\nManage source control, code promotion, versioning, and deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow modules, applications, scripts, business rules, and workflows.\nMonitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications, integrations, deployment pipelines, and related technical issues.\nCollaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and other technical stakeholders to improve platform reliability and deployment efficiency and resolve major incidents.\nApply DevOps principles and automation practices to improve development lifecycle, release management, and operational processes.\nEnsure ServiceNow solutions and deployment processes follow established security, quality, governance, and technical standards.\nMaintain technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, deployment processes, and operational procedures.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the ServiceNow platform and its development and delivery processes.\nQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, or platform engineering.\nExperience with ServiceNow development tools, scripting, workflows, and application configuration.\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript and experience with ServiceNow scripting.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.\nExperience with source control and version management, preferably Git.\nExperience developing and managing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, or other web services and ServiceNow's on integration methods such as Integration Hub.\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow development lifecycle, release management, and deployment across multiple environments.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and automated testing is an advantage.\nUnderstanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow best practices.\nExperience with cloud platforms, containers, infrastructure automation, or other modern DevOps technologies is an advantage.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and collaboration
