investigate and resolve discrepancies with store operations.\nManage fixed assets, accruals, intercompany transactions, employee expense reports, and other assigned general ledger accounts.\nSupport retail accounting activities, including chargeback resolution, store inquiries, and customer payment, refund, and accounting-related issues.\nEnsure compliance with sales tax, business licenses, and other regulatory reporting requirements.\nPartner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Retail Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions.\nAssist with external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls, improve efficiency, and support the company's continued growth.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:\n3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer goods industries.\nStrong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.\nProficiency in Excel and accounting systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.\nHighly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
