Amity is committed to research, development implementation, and dissemination of information regarding community building.\n\nRemembrance, Resolution, Reconciliation, Restoration, Renewal\nJob Summary\nJob Summary:\nThe Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for entry of all data into the EXYM EHR System in accordance with the Data Rules and Reporting Timeframes, exporting data, and is the designated point of contact to address data quality and systems issues. This position is responsible for the operational aspects of tracking, entering, reconciling, and billing data and the policies and procedures associated with these activities.\nEssential Duties:\nEnsure data security in respect to the protection, use, and disclosure of protected health information.\nOversee daily data entry, ensuring timely and accurate upload of information.\nVerify data accuracy as input by faculty.\nProvide technical support helpdesk for Community with respect to use of Exym EHR and data entry.\nAbide by policies and procedures outlining release of data, maintaining appropriate documentation.\nMaintain and prepare the Utilization Reports as necessary.\nUtilize Power BI software to track and audit services.\nEnsure that technical and procedural best practices related to data security are upheld.\nParticipate in annual training provided by IT Department.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES\nEducation and Experience:\nRequired:\nPossess a high school diploma or its equivalent\nProven track record of data entry.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn new techniques.\nWilling to be trained on software used across the agency.\nDetail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.\nAbility to adapt to evolving data technologies and industry best practices.\nCertifications or Licenses:\nRequired: None\nPreferred: None\nKnowledge:\nUnderstanding of causes, symptoms, and effects of substance abuse.\nSkills/Abilities:\nAttention to detail, and ability to manage large amounts of data.\nAbility to integrate, disseminate, and implement data requirements, reporting timeframes and/or procedure changes.\nAbility to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
