The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, can translate business needs into clear diagrams and documentation, and communicates effectively with both engineers and customers.\nThis position will be responsible for leading the requirements and solution design for a chatbot migration project with a major bank, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery.\nYour Impact\nGather, analyze, and validate business requirements from banking stakeholders, ensuring regulatory and compliance considerations are addressed.\nTranslate requirements into functional and technical specifications, including process flows, diagrams, and solution documentation.\nAct as the key liaison between business users, engineers, and customers-ensuring mutual understanding and smooth collaboration.\nFacilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and solution discussions to explore win-win alternatives.\nPromote research, collaboration, and well-thought-out technical design as the foundation for successful systems.\nHelp evaluate new technologies and determine their suitability for the banking chatbot migration project.\nYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities\nWork with banking stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business requirements for the chatbot migration project.\nCreate clear business process models, workflows, and system diagrams that guide engineers and are easy for customers to understand.\nCollaborate with technical lead and engineers to design feasible solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.\nSupport testing and validation by defining acceptance criteria and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.\nFacilitate regular discussions, reviews, and updates with customers and internal teams on requirements, solution scope, and potential risks.\nTrack requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and alignment with project goals.\nYour Ideal Profile\nThai national only\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in software development, implementation, or system integration projects).\nStrong ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and diagrams.\nExcellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.\nExperience engaging with difficult customers and handling challenging discussions diplomatically.\nFamiliarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).\nBonus Points:\nExperience in the banking industry.\nHands-on experience with chatbot projects or other large-scale, complex solutions.\nWhat’s in it for you:\nFlexible work set up -
