While the Product Manager defines what to build and why, the Product Owner focuses on how and when features are delivered.\nThis role focuses on delivering product features aligned with the Product Roadmap, rather than managing customer contract commitments or sales-driven scope.\nKey Responsibilities\nRoadmap Execution and Requirements Definition\nCollaborate with the Product Manager to understand the objectives, user needs, and success metrics behind each Roadmap initiative.\nBreak down initiatives and epics into clear user stories with well-defined, testable acceptance criteria.\nWork with UX/UI designers to ensure designs and requirements are ready before stories enter a sprint.\nIdentify technical dependencies, delivery risks, and cross-functional requirements early.\n\nProduct Backlog and Release Planning\nOwn and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value, risk, dependencies, and delivery priorities.\nDevelop release plans with the Engineering Lead, ensuring alignment with Roadmap timelines.\nFacilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.\nMake day-to-day requirement decisions and manage scope trade-offs during sprints, keeping the Product Manager informed of significant changes.\n\nDelivery Management and Quality Assurance\nMonitor release progress and proactively communicate risks that may affect Roadmap commitments.\nCollaborate with QA to define test scenarios and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done.\nCoordinate release readiness with the Platform team, including release notes, feature flags, and deployment plans.\nDocument new features and facilitate knowledge transfer to Support, Delivery, and Sales teams.\n\nPost-Release Measurement and Continuous Improvement\nTrack feature adoption and performance metrics with the Product Manager after launch.\nGather feedback from users, Support, and customer-facing teams and translate insights into backlog improvements.\nBalance new feature development with bug fixes, product stability, and technical debt reduction.\n\nStakeholder Communication and Process Improvement\nCommunicate release progress, delivery risks, and trade-offs to the Product Manager and relevant leadership.\nServe as the primary point of contact for the development team on features in progress.\nFacilitate retrospectives and continuously improve product delivery practices and team workflows.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within a software product team, preferably in SaaS or platform environments.\nSolid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience managing a Product Backlog.\nAbility to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.\nGood understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and design through development, testing, and release.\nSufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers on APIs, integrations, and data flows.\nProficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Figma.\nStrong communication in English and Native in Thai.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.\nExperience developing AI chatbots, conversational AI, LLM-based applications, or AI agent products.\nExperience with B2B SaaS or platform products serving multiple enterprise customers.\nExperience using product analytics, experimentation, or A/B testing to inform decisions.\nUnderstanding of security and personal data protection requirements, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).\nKey Competencies\nOwnership: Takes responsibility for feature delivery and outcomes through to the end user.\nPrioritization: Makes informed decisions on priorities and scope trade-offs under time and resource constraints.\nStakeholder Management: Aligns stakeholders, manages competing priorities, and proposes practical alternatives while maintaining Roadmap objectives.\nCommunication: Translates technical concepts into business terms and communicates business needs clearly to technical teams.\nProblem-Solving: Identifies root causes, evaluates options, and develops practical solutions.\nUser-Centric Mindset: Keeps user needs and product value at the center of delivery decisions.\nKey Collaborators\nProduct Manager: Aligns on Roadmap objectives, priorities, success metrics, and delivery trade-offs.\nEngineering Lead and Development Team: Coordinates sprint planning, implementation decisions, and release execution.\nUX/UI Designer: Ensures designs and user requirements are ready for development.\nQA Team: Defines test scenarios, validates acceptance criteria, and manages defect resolution.\nPlatform Team: Coordinates
